If copyright date on sheet music reads “2003” with no other numbers following this, you need these corrections.

Measure No:	All corrections for accompaniment part only
16	Beat one, bass clef adds quarter note A on 5th line of staff, beat two is quarter note bass clef G (4th space), and treble clef middle C and E a third above. Chord names are Dm/A, and C/G
17	Key changes to GM (one sharp) in all clefs. Beat one is bass clef quarter notes A and D (last line and ledger line above staff, respectively). Beat two is treble clef quarter notes F#, A, and D (starting on first space, upwards). Chord name is D/A. This quarter-note per beat continues for all eight measures: 1^st, bass clef 2^nd, treble clef (instead of the half notes treble chord)
23	Bass clef is quarter notes G and C (top space to middle C), second beat is treble clef quarter notes E,G, C (first line, upwards).
24	First beat is quarter notes D and A, bass clef (third line D, up to A), second beat is also bass clef, fourth line F# up to D one ledger line above bass clef.
25	Chord name is D. Treble clef half notes of D, F#, A (starting on first D after middle C, upwards.)
32	Treble clef is F#, not F natural on beat one, and keeps the F# on second beat.
