If your copyright date at the bottom of the sheet music part reads “2001” with no other numbers following the year, you need to make these corrections:

Measure Number:
25	Bass clef first chord is dotted half note (same notes as written), and third beat bass clef is dotted half note A on 5^th line.
26	Take out the A in left hand, bass clef (play the b with left hand instead of right)
39	Third beat in bass clef is not a rest, but dotted half notes A first space and A top line (octave). Right hand treble clef is same on beat 1 and 2, and beat three is E dotted half note(first line), and F dotted quarter note first space. Beat four treble clef is middle C# dotted quarter note. (Last two beats should have fermata’s over them, while flute continues to hold the E)
